Everyone agrees that when you are enjoying yourself in what you are doing, you are truly living.  I believe that dancing is a way to achieve that enjoyment and at the same time, glean the rewards of good health.  This book is about dancing, and the passion that people develop for dancing over a period of time.

Dancing brings you tremendous joy, at the same time giving you many life prolongation benefits that enable you to live well into your old age in a healthy condition.  It becomes a source of enjoyment, pleasure, exercise, fulfillment, mental growth, stimulation, social interaction and all-out fun that you can look forward to doing on a regular basis.  When floating across the dance floor with a partner, you are connecting with another human being, in rhythm to the music, moving synchronously as if floating on air.  So much for stress!
